Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all international purchases made through Noctivera.

1. General Terms

Noctivera is an e-commerce platform that offers products sourced from various international suppliers. Noctivera is not the manufacturer of the products and operates as an intermediary between customers and suppliers.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our international supplier partners.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be undamaged

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all original accessories

  • Be in resellable condition

Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.

4. International Returns

All approved returns must be shipped to the original international supplier warehouse.

  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customs duties, import/export taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the returned item does not reach the supplier warehouse, no refund will be issued

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

6. Inspection Process

Returned items are inspected by the supplier.

If inspection determines that the product:

  • Has been used

  • Has been damaged due to customer misuse

  • Is not in original condition

The refund request may be rejected.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and approved by the supplier, refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days to the original payment method.
